THE ROLE The Bartender is the anchor of Topgolf’s bar experience executing every order with speed and precision, keeping the bar clean and well-stocked, and delivering the kind of warm, attentive service that turns first-time guests into regulars. This role requires deep knowledge of spirits and mixology, responsible alcohol service, and the kind of genuine hospitality that makes guests come back. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.
