Job summary

Infuse Hospitality, part of the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio, is seeking a skilled Bartender for an elevated corporate café and bar setting. The role emphasizes crafting high-quality cocktails, engaging with guests, and maintaining a polished bar environment.

You will deliver warm, reliable service to corporate tenants and guests, ensure bar cleanliness, stock, safety, and compliance, and collaborate with team to support café operations.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; corporate, hotel, or upscale experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced yet professional environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• TABC certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging service to corporate tenants and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and Illinois liquor compliance standards.
• Assist with bar opening and closing duties, including restocking and light cleaning.
• Support overall café operations by collaborating with teammates as needed.
• Uphold the professionalism and service standards of the space at all times.
• Communicate proactively with the General Manager when inventory is running low or reorders are needed.
• Assist with monthly bar inventory counts and inventory organization
