Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at our all-suite property. Serve beverages and food, maintain bar setup, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You should have at least 6 months bartending experience and hold a food handler and TIPS certification (or equivalent). Flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends are available to fit your lifestyle.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

In this role, you will serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely and manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the bar. You will maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar, which includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet. You will be responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality. Greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks. Mixing, garnishing and presenting drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control. Handling of all cash and credit card transactions using the point of sale to create a check for each guest to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
