About the Role

This position is seasonal, from April to September, and involves preparing and serving beverages in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Adhere to liquor laws regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
2. Set up bars, stock all necessary supplies, and maintain product quality.
3. Greet guests courteously.
4. Take and process drink orders, mix and garnish drinks.
5. Verify guest identification.
6. Detect guest inebriation and act accordingly.
7. Handle cash, verify charges, and record transactions.
8. Secure all beverage and cash items after shift.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
10. Arrange bar displays attractively.
11. Wash and sterilize glassware.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
