Job summary

Old Tucson Entertainment LLC is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team in Tucson, AZ. The role emphasizes crafting quality beverages in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on guest experience.

You will mix traditional and contemporary cocktails, handle POS transactions, ensure age verification, and maintain bar cleanliness. A friendly, reliable attitude and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of bar or restaurant experience, including drink preparation.
• Current beverage service certification, or other certifications as required by law.
• Must meet the state minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in keeping with Old Tucson standards and recipes.
• Create classic and specialty cocktails with accuracy, creativity, and consistency.
• Verify guest identification and age requirements before serving alcoholic beverages.
• Make drink suggestions and recommendations based on guests’ tastes and preferences.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, prep stations, utensils, and storage areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a fully stocked and organized bar, supporting inventory control, restocking, and assisting with opening and closing procedures.
• Accurately process transactions through POS and handle cash responsibly.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and quality regulations, as well as alcohol service laws.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences.
