Job description

As a bartender, you'll be preparing our unique signature cocktails, prepping and making all of our in-house juices, and brewing the occasional latte! Master your beverage craft while building relationships with our guests and earning great tips!

Our bartenders help create a comfortable, welcoming environment for our guests, understanding the difference between service and hospitality, and enjoy making others’ days brighter and happier with a beverage.

Who we look for:

• People who believe in providing amazing service and the best hospitality.
• Legal age to serve alcohol is required.
• Experience in bartending or mixology.
• Flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

What you will do:

• Welcome, greet, and thank guests; know regulars by name, preferences, and needs.
• Be knowledgeable about wine, beer, liquor, and ingredients of cocktails and juices.
• Inform guests about specialty beverages and menu items.
• Deliver beverage orders according to standards.
• Maintain and follow financial procedures.
• Follow all local and national alcohol laws, policies, and regulations.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and safe, including glassware, coolers, and fixtures.
• Assist with inventory as needed.

• Starting pay at state tipped minimum/hour + $600 to $1000/week in tips.
