Main Event is seeking a friendly Bartender to welcome guests, craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver timely, memorable service in a fast-paced environment.

You will showcase beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge, recommend menu items, maintain a stocked, clean bar, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while complying with local alcohol laws. Join a team that rewards energy and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of bartending experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guests' needs.

• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back.
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe bar; completing side duties.
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!).

At Main Event, our Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Bartender, you have a knack for creating a welcoming environment and are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great food and beverage suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

What will you be doing daily?
