Marcus Theatres in St. Louis, MO is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver exceptional guest service and craft beverages in a fast-paced setting.
You will follow recipes, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure accurate transactions while interacting with guests throughout service hours. The role requires at least six months of experience, the ability to use the Aloha POS system, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

The Bartender is responsible for providing superior service, interacting with guests, and providing the best possible guest experience while ensuring consistent drink quality. As a Bartender, you will prepare orders in a fast-paced environment while following recipes and guidelines established by the Food and Beverage department. You will provide superior guest service while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment as a member of the Marcus Theatres Food and Beverage team.
This position reports to a member of the theatre management team or General Manager (reporting may vary by location).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand for long periods of time, and/or walk often. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Work is performed in a theatre/restaurant/bar environment. The noise level is usually moderate to high with an occasional loud environment.
