Job summary

Great American Restaurants is hiring bartenders to join a fast-paced, guest-centric team in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC metro area. You will work in a team-oriented setting to deliver great service and memorable hospitality.

Top bartenders make $1,000–$1,500 weekly. GARStar benefits include health insurance, PTO, and 401K eligibility, with opportunities for growth in a locally loved, award-winning restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
