7 Cedars Casino is seeking a Bartender to join our fast-paced team on the casino floor. This highly tipped role offers opportunities to earn through exceptional service and a lively work environment.

You will greet guests, craft beverages, handle payments, and maintain clean, well-stocked bars while following safety and alcohol awareness procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year bartender experience preferred.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Knowledge of state liquor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on a busy, fast-paced casino floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take drink and food orders.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Mix ingredients for cocktails and serve wine and beer.
• Ring orders into register, collect payment, and make change.

This is a highly tipped position with the opportunity to earn while working in a fun, fast-paced casino environment. Bring your personality, your bartending skills, and your best service! The Cocktail server provides continuous quality entertainment, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as food service to guests and Cocktail Servers from the service bars following standard recipes in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner. Clean and stock bar supplies.*Native American hiring preference for qualified candidates.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSGreet customers and takes drink and food orders.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.Mix ingredients for cocktails and serve wine and beer (bottled or draft).Ring drink and food orders into register, collect payment, and make change.Complete supply requisitions.Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.Stock liquors, beer, wine, and other beverage supplies.Ensure that beverage service stations are clean, organized, and properly stocked.Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deals with intoxicated guests.
