Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, with experience in bartending or mixology and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Craft signature cocktails, brew lattes and other beverages, and build relationships with guests while maintaining a clean, compliant bar. You will support inventory and follow alcohol laws in a dynamic dining environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be passionate about service and hospitality.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Experience in bartending or mixology is required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails and house-made juices.
• Brew lattes and other specialty beverages.
• Build relationships with guests and provide top-tier hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area.
• Follow alcohol laws and financial procedures.
• Perform opening/closing side work and assist with inventory.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
