True Food Kitchen in Nashville is seeking friendly bartenders who thrive in a warm, guest-focused setting. You will craft signature cocktails, manage a lively bar, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience during lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Open interviews are held daily from 2-4 PM. If you love hospitality, wine and spirits knowledge, and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, we want you.

Formación

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Experienced in bartending or mixology.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledgeable about wine, beer, spirits, and specialty drinks.
• Friendly, attentive, and guest-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Craft signature cocktails and house-made juices.
• Brew lattes and other specialty beverages.
• Build relationships with guests and provide top-tier hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area.
• Follow alcohol laws and financial procedures.
• Perform opening/closing side work and assist with inventory.

• Passionate about service and hospitality
• Of legal age to serve alcohol
• Experienced in bartending or mixology

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*

*Location/state & shift dependent - Please refer to minimum and maximum hiring range for estimate of weekly earnings.
