Beef 'O' Brady's in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a bartender who loves creating great guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take orders, mix cocktails, and serve food and beverages while upholding Beef's recipes and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced bartender or similar role required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with POS systems and beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.

A Beef 'O' Brady's bartender is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, making cocktails, and serving Beef's delicious food and beverages! Positive attitudes and teamwork are a must at Beef's. If you enjoy people and take pride in turning customers into loyal guests.

Bartender Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Bartender Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
