The Brass Tap - RB in Texas is hiring for bartenders to greet guests, pour beer, mix cocktails, and deliver chef-inspired bar food in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 21+ age or older as required by state/local laws.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and balance multiple orders.
• Able to operate POS and beverage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the bar.
• Follow service steps to take and serve orders.
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest items.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails per recipes.
• Present guest checks and handle payments.
• Maintain safe, sanitary bar station.
• Keep bar area clean and organized.
• Complete duties with minimal supervision.

Our bartenders are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, pouring beer, making cocktails, and serving The Brass Tap's delicious food. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap
• Follow The Brass Tap steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe procedures
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
