You will handle beverage preparation with attention to detail, ensure consistent sanitation, and recommend drinks based on guest preferences while adhering to all liquor laws and using a POS system.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of bartender experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
• Current Food Handlers and TABC certifications required.
• Compliance with all liquor laws and safety regulations.
• Familiar with POS systems and quick order accuracy.
• Friendly, self-motivated with strong communication.
• Physical stamina for continuous standing and movements.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify all guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
• Provide a positive and friendly guest experience
• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages by tending to detail and presentation of each order
• Keep a clean and sanitized bar area
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
• Assess guest preferences and make drink recommendations

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant required
