Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build personal connections, and maintain guest relations at the bar. Act as a brand ambassador for the property and restaurant.
- Prepare drinks accurately and efficiently during meal periods, either directly at the bar or for dining guests via servers.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional, friendly manner, following service guidelines.
- Perform shift duties such as setup, stock management, product preparation, and bar area cleanup. Keep the bar organized and clean during shifts.
- Maintain a professional attitude and cooperation with guests, peers, and management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of serving or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or within our company.
- Good judgment and integrity.
- Ability to read, speak, and write basic English for reading tickets and communication.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Sales skills are a plus.
- Multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication to address customer needs and resolve minor issues, involving management as needed.
- Basic computational and computer skills, including POS system use.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and reach for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs above eye level and 40 lbs intermittently; maintain a neat appearance.
