Job summary

Tom’s Watch Bar in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Part-time Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences while promoting the menu and beverage program.

The role requires at least 1 year in food service/hospitality, a team-first attitude, and strong communication. You will help ensure smooth operations, handle orders, and participate in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers.
• Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.
• Pass TIPs/ABC Alcohol test with a grade of 70% or higher.
