The Mill in Omaha is seeking a friendly Barista/Bar team member to craft coffee and café beverages, assist with bar prep, and support afternoon or evening service while delivering the welcoming experience guests expect.
You’ll work up to 9 hours per shift, at least three shifts weekly, with typical hours from 5am to 11pm. Perks include Simple IRA match, store discounts, free espresso drinks, and tip pool eligibility after training.

Typical work hours are between 5am - 11pm, with shifts being 6–9 hours in length.

Be on time. Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
Food Handler Permit or Certification. As a prerequisite to employment, you'll need to obtain and maintain this as required by local regulations.
Complete, pass, and maintain trainings. We will set you up for success. Trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests will ensure you can meet The Mill’s standards and policies (and our awesome customer’s expectations). Federal, state, and local regulations will be included.
Written, oral, and verbal English proficiency is required. Other language fluency is highly valued. Talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication happens regularly.
