Red Robin in Omaha, NE is seeking a Bartender who will deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This is a front-of-house role where great customer service and communication are essential, and you will earn tips in addition to base pay.

Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred, and you must be 19 or older.

Bartender Pay Rate: $2.13 + Tips Red Robin bartenders also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage). Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. Bartenders: You will deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service and communication skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred. Must be 19 or older.
