Pay & Earnings

• $20–$35/hour average including tips
• Base pay + tips

What You’ll Do

As a Bartender, you will:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide friendly, attentive service to bar and restaurant guests
• Make drinks according to Applebee’s recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized barFollow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
