Job summary

Bomba ¡Tacos + Tequila! is seeking a friendly bartender with weekend and weekday/night availability. The role is tipped; wages are average earnings per hour with tips.

You will multitask across lunch, happy hour, dinner and brunch, delivering attentive service while maintaining guest engagement and safety standards. Philadelphia-based venue requires at least 2 years of high-volume experience, beer/wine knowledge, and 18+ eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2 years high-volume bartender experience.
• Must have alcohol knowledge and food-safety awareness.
• Philadelphia location; 18+ and work eligibility in the US.
• RAMP certification preferred but training provided.

We are looking for bartenders with weekend and weekday/night availability who will treat our guests with attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude. Should be able to multitask, balancing physical job functions with guest engagement for lunch, happy hour, dinner and brunch service.

Job Requirements:

• In Philadelphia, RAMP certification preferred but training provided.
• 2 years prior experience as a high-volume bartender, casual dining or above.
• Must have alcohol knowledge.
• Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
