Responsibilities

• Part-time position
• Open and close duties as required
• Prepare juice, bar syrups, and garnishes
• Stock and organize wine and liquor bottles
• Count inventory as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
• Collaborate with Front of House and Back of House teammates
• Delegate tasks to Barback in a professional manner
• Climb stairs multiple times during a shift
• Carry items weighing 30 lbs to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required (2+ years Manhattan experience preferred)
• Flexible availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus, ingredients, and sourcing
