The Rusty Spoke is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to join our team! If you love providing excellent service, crafting great drinks, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following recipes and customer preferences.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Check IDs to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Promote daily specials and engage customers to enhance their experience.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly to ensure safety.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right person!
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Server Training).
