Torchy’s is hiring Bartenders in Nashville for a Damn Good guest experience. You’ll deliver full-service dining with menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.

No prior experience required; we’ll train you. Open to varied schedules. Full-time benefits apply after probation, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Casual attire and employee perks are part of the package.

We’re looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchy’s recipes.

• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
