Mister B’s Pizza and Wings is seeking an experienced Bartender to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with guests, and deliver outstanding service in a busy sports-themed bar and restaurant. You will mix cocktails, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes a guest-focused approach, good communication, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Training and benefits are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• Knowledge of long-drawn keg systems and how to change kegs
• Learn how-to clean beer lines and upkeep that schedule of maintenance on time
