Bennett Hospitality is seeking a Bartender for the Marriott Residence Inn Patriot’s Point. The role focuses on friendly, efficient beverage service in the bar and lounge, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required (hotel experience preferred).
• Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet all local and state requirements for alcohol service>
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs
• Reliable attendance and professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards
• Provide warm, professional service to hotel guests in the bar and lounge area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, storage areas, and service stations
• Verify guest identification and follow responsible alcohol service laws and policies
• Monitor guest consumption and handle situations professionally and safely
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash and POS systems
• Stock, rotate, and maintain bar inventory and supplies
• Assist with light food service coordination with the kitchen as needed
• Support opening procedures, training, and operational setup
• Comply with all health, safety, and company policies
