We also feature a walk-in humidor for cigar lovers and host a variety of events—from private tastings and mixology classes to unforgettable parties and social gatherings.

We’re looking for a standout bartender to join our team at Barrel Blends – Valley Park. You’re not just great behind the bar—you’re exceptional with people. You know your bourbons from your ryes, your Cabernets from your Zinfandels, and can speak confidently about our wide selection of whiskey, wine, beer, and tequila. You’re equally comfortable creating a perfect cocktail as you are recommending the right bottle or helping a guest find their new favorite pour on the shelves.

The ideal candidate will be:

• An expert bartender – Confident in mixing, serving, and engaging with a wide range of drinks and guests.
• Knowledgeable & curious – Deep understanding of our selection, and willing to keep learning as our inventory evolves.
• Guest-focused & charismatic – Friendly, personable, and attentive—someone who makes guests feel welcome and cared for.
• Organized & detail-oriented – Keeps the bar clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly during shifts.
• Punctual & professional – Reliable, accountable, and ready to represent the Barrel Blends experience with pride.
• Team-oriented – Willing to jump in to help with events, tastings, and retail recommendations when needed.
• Have a background in wine/whiskey education or are interested in learning more.
• Love being part of a dynamic team that values hospitality, presentation, and great vibes.
• Are comfortable assisting guests in both the bar and retail space.
