Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sales, ensuring quality.
• Set up bars and handle cash transactions.
• Manage inventories during opening and closing shifts.
• Ensure guest and team member safety and security.
• Know and follow casino policies regarding alcohol.
• Develop a strong beverage image in the marketplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EQUIPMENT/TECHNICAL

• Operate all bar equipment, cash registers, and Micro System.

WORK AREA

• Operate in a high-energy casino environment, moving around multiple beverage outlets with urgency.
• Be exposed to varied temperatures, noise, smoke, wet floors, crowds, and bright lights.

Requirements

• Ability to work with colleagues and the public.
• Basic reading, writing, and understanding skills.
• Knowledge of bar equipment, Micro System, ABC laws, health and sanitation regulations, and gaming laws.
