The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest service during performances, events, and rentals. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and uphold responsible alcohol service.
The role requires knowledge of beverages, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior bartending or hospitality experience is preferred, along with Minnesota Approved Alcohol Server Training.

Reports to: Director of Concessions
Compensation: $19.45 - $19.73 per hour depending on qualifications, plus pooled tips
Benefits: Non-Benefits Eligible
Schedule: Variable. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on performance and event needs. Hours are reflective of the dynamic schedule of the theater.
The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced concessions environment during performances, special events, and rentals. Bartenders are expected to provide friendly, efficient service while maintaining product quality, responsible alcohol service practices, and food safety standards. The Bartender plays a key role in creating a welcoming guest experience while supporting the overall success of the concessions operation.
