Topgolf in the United States is seeking energetic bartenders for a fast-paced, fun-loving environment. Greet players with personality, suggest cocktails, upsell bites and game upgrades while delivering top-tier service.

You’ll mix drinks, keep the bar stocked, maintain safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to ensure every guest feels like a VIP. Previous bar experience in hospitality or entertainment is preferred.

What You’ll Need To Succeed As a Bartender

• A positive attitude.

• Previous experience behind the bar in a restaurant, hospitality or entertainment setting.

What You Will Do In The Role

• Greet players with energy and personality, recommending drinks and upselling signature cocktails, bites and game upgrades.
• Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection, keep the bar area neat and stocked, and manage glassware and daily operations.
• Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top‑notch service and ensure every player feels like a VIP.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe and compliant.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; required to lift, bend, stoop and carry.
• Stand for most of the shift; strong walking endurance for a high‑volume environment.
• Must be at least the legal serving age and retain any required responsible beverage service certification.
