Job summary

Legends Global at the King Center for the Performing Arts in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Bartender to join the Food and Beverage team. You will prepare and serve drinks, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a tidy, stocked bar while delivering friendly service.

Prior restaurant or bar experience is preferred. The role requires standing for long periods and adhering to sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION: Bartender

DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage

REPORTS TO: Director of Food & Beverage

FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, health, safety, and sanitation standards

Education and/or Experience

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
