Job summary

Legends Global's Saenger Theatre in Pensacola seeks a Concessions Bartender to deliver friendly, efficient service for drinks and food at events.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, ensure accuracy and adherence to alcohol guidelines, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness and organization. Must possess ServSafe certification and a high school diploma, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Understand and follow policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

POSITION SUMMARY

Concessions Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while taking, filling, and serving drinks and food to guests in an efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests and take drink and food orders from guests
• Fulfill orders accurately and in compliance with company standards
• Adhere to company and state guidelines when serving alcoholic beverages
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases
• Process payments for items served and balance all receipts
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
• Maintains accurate accounting of inventory at assigned sales location
• Ensure all transfers are fulfilled and without discrepancy or shortages
• Responsible for the completion of setup, as well as prep, opening and closing duties as assigned by the Sr F&B Manager or designee
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Understand and be capable of ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed
• Performs other duties as required and/or assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• There are no supervisory responsibilities assigned to this position

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate skill in utilizing Point of Sales systems with Inventory Control.
