Job summary

Great American Restaurants in the Northern Virginia area is seeking bartenders to join a fast-paced, guest-centric team. You will guide guests through menus and provide exceptional service to ensure an outstanding bar experience.

The role offers weekly earnings in the $1,000–$1,500 range, with gratuity and benefits provided. We emphasize teamwork, guest satisfaction, and a welcoming atmosphere across our multiple locations, including Coastal Flats.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or bartender experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of items.
• Take accurate orders and work with teammates to serve food and drinks.
• Provide a welcoming, attentive service and build rapport with guests.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean, sanitized, and safe.

Top Bartenders make $1,000-$1,500 a week!

Duties include, but are not limited to the following functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
