Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking energetic bartenders to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You will prepare drinks, verify guest ages, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar while working with servers and managers to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of bartending experience, excellent communication, reliability, and a passion for guest service. Flexible schedule and a team-focused environment await.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of bartending experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications as required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Deliver friendly, fast, and attentive service to every guest.
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Practice safe food handling and responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar area.
