Job summary

Via 313 Littleton is seeking a bartender who loves craft cocktails and delivering genuine hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

You will craft cocktails, pour local beers, greet guests, and suggest menu pairings while keeping the bar clean, stocked, and ready for service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of restaurant bartending experience preferred.
• 1+ year of craft cocktail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
• Current Colorado Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain after hire).
• Current TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification.
• Friendly, upbeat personality with exceptional guest service skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$12.14 per hour + tips

Average earning potential: $15-$30 per hour (hourly wage + tips)

Colorado Paid Sick Leave (HFWA)

In accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA):

• Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year
• Accrual begins on your first day of employment
• Sick leave may be used for your own health needs, to care for a family member, or for other qualifying reasons under Colorado law
• Unused leave carries over from year to year, with annual usage limits as provided by law
• Additional leave may be available during qualifying public health emergencies
