Job summary

Presbyterian Living is seeking a Bartender at Lake Forest Place in Lake Forest, IL. The role covers 12pm–8pm shifts, 5 days a week including weekends, in the Dining Department.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Bartending Experience.
• Basset Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar before opening, including preparing drink condiments, ensuring sufficient inventory, and organizing the area.
• Serve beverages and take orders for drinks and appetizers in the Bistro and Nevins Pub.
• Prepare appetizers as ordered and deliver them promptly to residents and guests.
• Correctly charge residents and guests for beverages and appetizers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout service.
