Job summary

Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa in Lake Buena Vista, FL is seeking an outgoing Bartender to join our American Kitchen team. You will craft and serve drinks, support a limited table section, and deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of bartending experience, knowledge of drink recipes, and strong English communication. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required to thrive in our fast-paced property.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of bartending experience.
• TiPS or ServSafe preferred at hire, but needed within 30 days or hire.
• Display knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

Overview

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Bartender to join our American Kitchen team! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks to our guests, servicing a limited table section, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
