Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a Bartender for one of its Taco Bell locations in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on delivering a personal guest experience, mixing drinks, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, safe bar area.

The position requires at least 6 months of bartending experience, is 21+ only, and requires TIPS certification. Training and benefits are provided by the DRG family of restaurants, including DRG Savings Marketplace and DailyPay.

JOB TITLE: Bartending (BR)SUPERVISOR: Shift Manager, (SM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), General Manager (GM), Area Coach (AC)STATUS: Non-ExemptBASIC PURPOSE:A Bartender is someone who enjoys people and is excited about working on a winning team! As a bartender, we count on you to create a unique, personal experience for each guest you encounter. You will blend equal parts enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of our beverage options.
