PSQ Productions is on the hunt for skilled and charismatic bartenders to help us launch the season opener of Great Park Live in Irvine! We're teaming up with the City of Irvine to create Orange County's newest epicenter for concerts, festivals, fundraisers, and community events - and we want YOU behind the bar making it all happen.

About the Role

As a bartender at Great Park Live, you'll be crafting drinks, serving guests, and setting the tone for a high-energy experience. We're looking for experienced professionals who can mix, multitask, and manage a crowd - all while keeping the party going.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and speed
• Provide friendly, engaging service to all guests
• Process transactions using POS systems and handle cash accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Check guest IDs and comply with all alcohol service laws (RBS required)
• Monitor guest behavior and cut off service when necessary
• Upsell specialty cocktails and promote featured beverages
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols behind the bar
• Requirements
• Must be 21 years or older
• RBS Certification and Food Handlers Card (required)
• Minimum 1 year of bartending and mixology experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Must be able to stand for long hours , lift bar equipment , and work outdoors in varying weather
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• 16.50 / hr + Tips
• Work at Orange County's newest outdoor live event venue
