Pay Range

Base pay range

$5.00/hr - $5.00/hr

Bartender Responsibilities

The Bartender is responsible for verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, making traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory, and cleaning bar supplies. The Bartender reports directly to the Bar Manager.

Duties

• Maintain an effective atmosphere and provide quality food and beverage service.
• Keep all areas of the bar clean and stocked.
• Wash and sterilize all glasses.
• Accurately account for all beverages and cash out accordingly.
• Serve alcohol responsibly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods, up to 10 hours.
• Ability to cross-train and work in different departments.
• Ability to obtain Liquor License and complete required server training.

Hours

This is a full-time or part-time position with varying hours.

Salary

The position is non-exempt and paid hourly.
