We are looking for a bright mixologist who stays on top of new beverage trends. Behind the bar, you create an energetic, welcoming, and exciting atmosphere. You take pride in offering a diverse, seasonally-inspired beverage menu, engaging in warm conversations, and providing helpful suggestions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare cocktails and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain proper setup of the bar daily, including requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies based on projections.
• Manage stock, cutting, and storing of fresh fruit, garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greet guests courteously, promote, and document drink orders. Mix, garnish, and present drinks per recipes, practicing portion control.
• Follow all State, Federal, and Corporate alcohol service regulations.
• Input orders into the POS system, create checks, and ensure accountability for all beverages served.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, verify charges, and balance cash drawers.
• Secure all beverage and food items, deposit cash drops, and secure the bank.
• Adhere to attendance policies and be available to work as scheduled.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Basic math skills for operating registers, making change, and understanding portion sizes.
• Ability to recall and promote menu items with or without accommodations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and order management.
• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills for effective communication.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Manual dexterity for handling tools, glassware, and ingredients.
• Regularly stand, use hands, reach, and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Visual acuity for operating in various visual environments.
• Ability to work under physical and mental stress.
