Funlab is expanding in the United States and inviting energized bartenders to join our team. You will craft memorable guest experiences and deliver drinks with flair across our venues, while contributing to a high-energy, inclusive, and safe workplace. The role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience and ability to build rapport with a diverse guest mix.
• Energetic, positive attitude with strong guest interaction skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required by venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver memorable guest experiences with energy and a top-tier service mindset.
• Prepare and serve beverages to Funlab standards with speed, accuracy, and flair.
• Serve food and drinks throughout the venue, including bars and event spaces.
• Drive sales on every shift through upselling and proactive guest engagement.
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with the team to succeed.
• Ensure the venue is well-stocked and clean; maintain safety and compliance.

What you'll do:

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Prepare and serve beverages to Funlab standards with speed, accuracy, and flair
• Serve food and drinks throughout the venue, including bars and event spaces
• Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
• Team-driven focus with the natural ability to motivate yourself and those around you
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods
• Flexibility in your schedule, must be available on weekends and nights - that's where the action is!
• Relevant State required certifications
