Duties

Must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale, which includes knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and ability to combine ingredients such as liquors, soda water, sugar, bitters and fruit and the ability to mix exotic drinks. Must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve problem or seek assistance if needed. Must be able to follow cash handling procedures.

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• This position requires the incumbent to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment physical.
• This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
• This position require the incumbent to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and or complete food handler's training.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale, which includes knowledge of a wide variety of beverages.

• Ability to combine ingredients such as liquors, soda water, sugar, bitters, and fruit and the ability to mix exotic drinks.
• Must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve the problem or seek assistance, if needed.
• Must be able to follow cash handling procedure
• Be able to communicate clearly & possess skill in dealing with the public.

Education
