Job summary

Job description

Serves as a Bartender in the Beverage Department of the Hale Koa Hotel.

The first cut-off date will be on 07/14/2026.

Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager. L local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered.

Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities (KSAs) as they pertain to this position.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment.
• Experience as a full service bartender.
• Possess skills in mixing and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
• Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.

Highly Qualifying Criteria

High qualifying criteria for this position are:

• Experience in bartending within the last 2 years.
• Experience in a resort, hotel, nightclub or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of Micros POS Systems.
