Job summary

Detour American Grille & Bar is seeking a bartender to ensure consistent drink quality and fast service in a busy environment. You will greet guests, know the menu, and take orders at the bar while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires 1+ year of full bar experience, strong mixology knowledge, and excellent guest service with accurate cash handling. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a full service bar.
• Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with guests.
