Dave & Buster’s Inc. in Fairfax, VA, is seeking a bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver high‑energy service to Guests. You know the menu, suggest items, maintain safety standards, and help keep the bar stocked and clean.

The role requires at least 6 months bartending experience, 21+ with alcohol certification, and strong teamwork. You’ll work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast‑paced, fun environment with perks and growth opportunities.

Job Description:

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, our Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Bartender, you have a knack for creating a welcoming environment and are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great food and beverage suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and engage with all guests. Be our ambassador of FUN!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)
