Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Evanston, IL, is seeking an energetic Bartender/Mixologist to join our team. You will prepare and serve beverages, take guest orders, and uphold our hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school education, at least 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving, and food safety and alcohol awareness certifications are preferred. This full-time role offers $15–$17 per hour, Daily Pay, health and other benefits, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Provides the bar tender with drink orders
• Assists with bussing tables
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
• Food safety certification preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred
