Job Description

Physical Standards

Must have ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and dining room guests. Must wear protective hand/face coverings throughout shift and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
