Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• State/local beverage knowledge preferred.
• Experience bartending and serving in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish and serve cocktails and beverages following standard recipes.
• Monitor guest alcohol limits and verify IDs in compliance with laws.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and assist dining room service as needed.
• Provide friendly, accurate service and help guests feel at home.
