As a Bartender, your primary responsibility is to provide friendly, courteous beverage service and preparation in accordance with standard procedures. You'll serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to casino guests.

Additionally, you'll

• Take orders from customers and Waiters/Waitresses.
• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Conduct all transactions and document on our point of sale software, Infogenisis.
• Stock products and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years bartending experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant, club, or hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• T.I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification are preferred.
• Basic math skills.
